If you have just bought your first motorhome then there are going to be some essential items that you will need for your leisure vehicle. Below we provide a list of just some of the things you may require. There are going to be some items that you will wish to leave in your motorhome permanently.

Outside Items

You are going to need things like chairs, table, awning, barbecue, tarpaulin and perhaps a hammock may be a nice touch.

If you have children you may want to bring along a few toys and don’t forget the bikes.

Sleeping Items

You will need sheets, perhaps a mattress protector, pillows, blankets, quilt and quilt cover,

Kitchen Items

This is quite an extensive list including things like cutlery, mugs, cups, glasses, pans, chopping board, tea towels, kettle, coffee filter, tin opener and scissors.

You ought to consider stocking up with a few tins of food such as soup and vegetables. You will probably need tea bags and coffee as well as milk and sugar. Perhaps some bread and cereal and biscuits. You may also wish to consider bringing mineral water and fruit juice.

A torch or two will come in handy for when you decide to pop to the toilet on the campsite late at night.

Don’t forget any medication you need such as painkillers.

How about a vase of flowers to give your motorhome that homely feel.

Bathroom Items

Toilet paper, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, bathroom cleaner, shower gel and toilet brush.

Vehicle Items

A fire extinguisher, jump leads, leveling blocks and mallet.

Of course, with today’s technology, don’t forget your mobile phones and ipads. Some of you may also like to bring a book or magazine to read in the evening.
